🎉🥁 DRUM ROLL PLEASE… WE HAVE A WINNER! 🥁🎉

A big congratulations to TOMMY, who has officially won our Macmillan raffle! 🍀👏

Some people have all the luck… meanwhile the rest of us are still waiting to win the lottery! 😂 Enjoy your prize, Tommy! 🎁

But jokes aside, we’ve got some AMAZING news! ❤️

Thanks to all you lovely people (and your willingness to part with your hard-earned cash for a raffle ticket 😂), we’ve raised:

💚 OVER £550 for Macmillan Cancer Support!

💜 OVER £160 for Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice!

That’s a whopping £710+ for two incredible causes! 🥹❤️

We honestly can’t thank everyone enough for buying tickets, donating prizes and supporting us. It means more than you know.

So Tommy gets the glory, we get to empty the raffle box, and two very special charities get a fantastic donation! Everyone’s a winner… well, except those who didn’t buy a ticket! 🤣

THANK YOU ALL! ❤️

🌺 WEAR YOUR POPPY WITH PRIDE 🌺

As we approach Remembrance Day, we’re proud to support the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal and remember all those who have served, sacrificed, and continue to serve to protect the freedoms we enjoy today.

Our pub is proud to stand behind a tradition that means so much to so many. ❤️

The poppy is more than just a flower on your coat — it’s a symbol of remembrance, respect, sacrifice and gratitude. 🌺

And let’s remember, supporting our Armed Forces and veterans shouldn’t just be about words or appearances. It’s about standing up for what the poppy represents, supporting the people behind it, and doing the right thing — even when nobody is watching.

Some traditions are worth protecting, some sacrifices should never be forgotten, and some things should always come before profit. 🇬🇧

So please, wear your poppy with pride, donate what you can, and help us show the respect our veterans and fallen heroes deserve.

Lest we forget. 🌺
