Every month we bring 4 of the finest comics on the UK circuit to Maghull Town Hall, and all for just £10. All our acts are handpicked by our resident compere and original Maghullyback Sam Avery, so we only book the best comics in the entire country! Our doors open at 7.30pm with shows starting at 8.30pm and normally finishing just before 11pm. You can pay on the door but to ensure a table we recom

✨ JUST ANNOUNCED – SOUTHPORT COMEDY FESTIVAL 2026 ✨

We are thrilled to announce that legendary husband-and-wife improv duo Paul Merton & Suki Webster will be bringing their critically acclaimed live improv show to this years Southport Comedy Festival, in association with Halliwell Jones Kia Southport

Joining them on stage is their longtime friend and improvisation virtuoso Mike McShane, from Channel 4’s iconic Whose Line Is It Anyway? plus a host of special guests.
