we’re incredibly sad to share that The Butley Ash has closed its doors for the last time.

This isn’t something we ever imagined saying, and it’s hard to put into words just how gutted we all feel that this chapter has come to an end. The Butley Ash has been more than just a place to eat and drink — it’s been a space filled with laughter, memories, friendships, and community.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors, supported us, shared special moments here, and made it what it was. Your custom, loyalty, and kindness have meant everything to us.

While it’s incredibly difficult to say goodbye, we’re choosing to look ahead to new adventures and opportunities, carrying with us all the amazing memories we’ve created together.

In just five years, the number of men living with prostate cancer in the UK has surged by 20%, so we’re encouraging everyone to take a moment, start the conversation, and find out the symptoms, because early diagnosis can make all the difference.
