Macclesfield in May 2026 is done and dusted, and what an absolute belter it was. The team behind it already want to do it all again!

They're working on making 2027 even bigger, with more bands and more hours of live music, and just like this year, they want to keep it completely free and non-ticketed.
The festival costs around £14,000 to put on, funded by the council and local businesses, but costs keep rising year on year. It's run entirely by volunteers, so every penny donated goes directly into making it happen.

If you came along this year and had a good time, please consider chipping in. If everyone who attended gave just £5, the team would guarantee not just 2027 but 2028 as well.

Ever seen Shofferhofer on tap and wondered what the hell it is?

Well, wonder no more!

It's simply a delicious wheat beer, mixed with fruit juice (in this instance, classic grapefruit) for a radler-style beer. It's low ABV at 2.5%, tangy, sweet and absolutely the most refreshing thing out there!
