A bit about us

The Piano Room started in its current format in 2008, with the current owners - Paul & Melissa - being the third owners, taking over in May 2016. The room is flexible in its layout and can take parties of 50 to 200 guests. We are on the first floor of the Lutterworth Athletic Football Club building, but we are an independent business. The flexibility of the room allows it to be used both as an entertainment space and corporate space. We try very hard to ensure that all users of our facility are treated with consideration, and hope that everyone that comes through our doors has a great time. Our private hire includes all tables and chairs and our standard black linen set out to your requirements, plus our nicely stocked Bar fully staffed for your event. We offer flexibility on your day to come in early for setting up and any decorating you may want to do. We can offer a full range of buffet meals, all prepared freshly in house, and use a quality local caterer for hot plated meals. We have built up a network of contacts for entertainment, so if its from a magician to a full band you require, we can help.

If you love your Live Music and Comedy, check out our events on Facebook and Website, as we have an ever expanding diary, with some fantastic bands and great Comedy acts at very reasonable ticket prices. Get a group of friends together and save on ticket prices as well!

We are constantly surprised by the number of guests who come through our doors saying they haven't been before and then saying ‘wow, what a lovely room’! If you haven't been please come along and see us. We will try our very best to make sure you have a night to remember, and want to come again.
