We're really pleased to announce that we will be working with the Street Bistro team at The Black Horse in Walcote, bringing crispy fried chicken to Walcote village on Friday 25th November.

We really appreciate your preorders as it massively helps with our stock levels, prep and food waste. Please either let BJ know your orders and what time you would like them for, or you can whatsapp message using the button at the bottom of this post.

'Dry' January Update.
We will be hosting our infamous quiz next Thursday (20th) for all of those wanting to get the cogs and grey matter going.

We have also taken delivery of our new pool table and darts board. These are now up and running in the games room.

After another tough year, it’s nice to know that BOJO still wants us to have a party!

TICKETS ONLY £7.50 which includes Disco/buffet/bubbles
Selling from the bar all day today and until 6 tomorrow

We will be closed between 7-8 to set up for NYE

Firstly, from today, we are pleased to announce we will be serving food. Menu to follow

Details below for festivities over the next week 🎄 🎅

Thursday 23rd - Quiz night. 19:30 for a 20:00 start
Christmas Eve - 12-12 with food being served
Christmas Day - sneak away from peeling veg as we’re open 11:30 - 14:30
Boxing Day - Open all day

New Years Eve Party - Tickets on £7.50 which includes food and a glass of bubbly. Tickets on sale from the pub from Christmas Day onward

We look forward to seeing the locals over the holidays as well as some new faces

Good evening all,
First of all I’d like to announce that we will be serving drinks at the Black Horse midday-11pm 7 days a week throughout December
Vikki and myself welcome you to *your local*
If the door is open and the lights are on pop in show you face and have a drink!
We aim to have a basic menu up and running by next week
But we will be doing bar snacks over the weekend and onwards
Chips/all day breakfast/ cobs etc

Please bare with us as we adapt to our new livelihood!!!! But please be assured we will do our best to fulfil your needs or the next best alternative!!
