Well this comes hard to say, but back in March without realising it, we shut our doors and signed off for the very last time. The buildings been a nightclub since at least the 80s hosting Punk nights, and more notably as EDGE NIGHTCLUB since 1998 - 2020 serving as Lutons premier Alternative nightclub.
We want to give a big thank you and shout out to all of you who made us what we were, and never failing to party hard. To all our barstaff and managers who tollerated your drunken antics, the doorstaff who kept you safe, to all our promoters (too many to name!) and resident DJs along the way (Aidan/Tony/Adam/Aaron/George/Krister/GingerJohn/RegularJohn/Josh/Alex and Craig). Also a special shout out to the owners for giving us a home to party for such a large part of many of our lives.
Its certainly been a wild ride and there are too many highlights to mention. Nights out in Edge have lead to long term friendships, relationships and we dread to think just how many Edge Children from ill judged decisions post-Edge 😝.
Whether you came once, or were an INTERGALACTIC TUESDAY / Thursdays / EDGE FRIDAY or EDGE SATURDAY regular. All we want to say, for all the times you GOT DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS, coming ONE STEP CLOSER TO THE EDGE to drink your WHISKY IN THE JAR whilst dancing your asses off to Mr Brightside... All we have left to say is so long, and THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES.
