Worrior Aleashia's Zumba "waz" im helping people to heal through fun,music, movement & friendships. my zumba gold class is open to

zumba gold is latin inspired dance routines designed for the over 50's. Talking is limited to let the music & movement do its healing magic but will break down some moves & im always willing to help you achieve. Dance has healed me in many ways so want to share the love to all i will be specializing in over 50's, children, special needs, wheelchair users & mental health x
