According to the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) October is 'Cider month' ...well, that and May.

Still, justification enough for us to tell you about the fantastic range of ciders we have here at Bespoke Brewery's 'Emporium'. From rounded, fruity varieties to paint st*****rs, we've got 'em all!

What, with the season of mists etc. and all those cliches, upon us, it's the perfect time to immerse yourself (literally, if you like) in thoughts of Summer's end and the journey into Autumn with some cider.

Hello folks, just a reminder that the First Thursday Supper Club has come around again. It's this Thursday, 4th October. The theme is Italian, with a late summer minestrone soup with parmesan shavings followed by
a top notch grass-fed beef (or veggie) lasagne, garlic bread and crisp green salad. Optional pudding is Barney's fantastic Tiramisu. Book via the page or call Barney on 07954 583784.

Infamous Catering is back at Bespoke Brewing Co. for the 1st Thursday Supper Club on Thursday 6th September!

The menu is a very British affair and will satisfy those taste buds from the first slurp to the last spoonful.

Amuse bouche of lettuce soup with green vinaigrette

A beautiful rich grass-fed 21 day matured beef and ale stew
or
Green lentil, pearl barley and roasted veg and ale stew

with minted new potatoes, peas and carrots

Sticky toffee pudding and custard

Contact us (Infamous Catering) to book - this is essential as spaces are limited, and you don't want to miss out!

Food is served at around 7.30-45pm and the bar is open from 6.30pm, so get there early to grab your favourite table.

£10 per head for starter & main course.
Optional £5 for a large portion of pudding (could be shared).

We've just been trying some canned beers. Its a hard job but someone has to do it. Seriously folks, they taste every bit as good as bottled beer. Indeed, some breweries only produce their beers in cans. So......give some a try, The Pigeon Toed Orange Peel is lovely! (And no, I don't have a clue what the name is all about) Cheers! Tim.

Tim and Paul just tried the cocoanut rum. Verdict; amazing, easy drinker and “I could drink that”.

Lagers sometimes get a bad name, that reputation is now undeserved. If you know where to look..... The Bespoke Brewing Co. have some crackers in and these are our latest Top 5...

Sonnet 43 Brew House - Yellow Cab - We have loved every beer they have done, their Raven Stout is magical!

The Great Orme Brewery - Snowdon Craft Lager - A cracking 4.7% easy drinker, loads of malt character, named after one of my favourite mountains - Snowdon via Crib Goch is always fun!

Stewart Brewing - Franz - A 330ml can of liquid love. More character than half the IPAs we see and all wrapped in beautiful artwork.

Tryst Brewery - Pilsner - We love Tryst. Their interesting stouts were the fastest selling beers in the shop. Their Pilsner doesn’t disappoint either!

Purple Moose Brewery/Bragdy Mŵs Piws - Mwsh - North Wales is a Mecca of good beer and Purple Moose never disappoint. Another cracker!
