Christmas at The Falcon is now taking bookings.

Candlelight down a long table, garlands overhead, live music in the corner and a room that's yours for the night. Festive menu through December, Christmas Day lunch, and a private function room for work parties and family get-togethers - whether that's twelve of you from the office or thirty of you from the family.

This landed last week and we have not stopped grinning.

"We had travelled up from Plymouth after two weeks holiday in France. A roast beef dinner was just what we needed and it didn't disappoint. The beef was tender, the vegetables perfectly cooked and the roast potatoes crispy. Yorkshire pudding and plenty of gravy - perfect."

Thank you Lynne. Four hundred miles is a long way to come for a roast dinner, and we are very glad it was worth it.
