🎄 Stallholders Wanted | The Butchers at Westgate Christmas Shopping Evening 🎄
Thursday 3rd December 2026 | 6pm–9pm
📍 The Butchers at Westgate, Long Eaton
We’re planning a festive Christmas Shopping Evening at The Butchers and would love to invite some wonderful local independent businesses to join us!
The idea is to bring together a lovely selection of local makers, creatives and small businesses for an evening of Christmas shopping, festive treats and a little Christmas cheer! 🥂✨
Stallholder information:
🎁 Standard stall - £15
• Table space measuring 120cm × 60cm.
• Complimentary tea, coffee and mince pies throughout the evening.
• Your stall fee will go entirely towards advertising and promotional materials to help us make the event a success.
• Additional table space (60cm × 60cm) can be arranged for £7.50, subject to availability.
• Power can be arranged subject to availability (limited number available).
• To ensure a good variety for shoppers, we’ll be limiting similar businesses to a maximum of two stalls, with minimal crossover in products wherever possible. We’ll do our best to avoid direct duplication.
We’re keeping stall fees as affordable as possible because this event is all about supporting local businesses, bringing our community together and encouraging people to shop small this Christmas! 🎅
We’ll be promoting the evening across our social media channels and through printed marketing materials. We’ll also provide promotional content for stallholders to share on their own social media platforms.
As this is a collaborative event, we’d really appreciate all participating businesses getting involved in spreading the word. The more we all promote it, the more successful the evening will be for everyone! We will be releasing free “tickets” to the event so we can gauge numbers expected on the night.
Spaces will be limited, and we’d love to have a varied selection of businesses involved.
