Party b**r number 3 fermenting away nicely. This one will be a mocha stout, will be soaking some cacao nibs and vanilla pods in rum and adding that plus coffee beans once the fermentation has completed. Will probably use mixed gas to carbonate to give it that nitro-pour smoothness.

A bit of a tidy up, Bob has mostly been a brew-shed during the winter. Time to get him s***k and span for the summer sea...

A bit of a tidy up, Bob has mostly been a brew-shed during the winter. Time to get him s***k and span for the summer season. Have installed the London Amateur Brewers b**r taps so we can have 4 b**rs on tap plus something through the hand-pull at the next party.
