What does it take to change your mind? For Frank Cornelissen, it has meant questioning the conventions of winemaking as well as his own beliefs.
After moving from Belgium to Etna in 2001, Cornelissen went from making just 1,200 bottles a year to leading a team producing 180,000. Along the way, his approach to natural wine, sulphur and viticulture has evolved considerably.
