Happy National Cheesecake Day! 🍰

To celebrate, we’ve teamed up with cult Basque cheesecake makers for a limited-edition pairing menu, matching their iconic cheesecakes with exceptional sweet w**es.

Our first pairing features the classic Basque cheesecake alongside a beautifully complex Hungarian sweet w**e, whose honeyed, vibrant character cuts through the rich creaminess of the cheesecake for a perfectly balanced finish.
