Find your way down the Dickensian alleyways behind the historic and vibrant Bow Lane, and you’ll soon land upon Merchant House. Brought to you by The London Bar Consultants Ltd, Merchant House is a celebration of the shared mercantile history of the two wonderful spirits upon which this great empire was built. From wild juniper fields to exotic sugar plantations and spices, the spoils of history have all been touched by British hands. It is only fitting that Merchant House will house the world’s most premium Gin, Rum and Whisky offering ever assembled under one roof.

AN EVENING WITH THE GLENDRONACH

Join us at Merchant House on Wednesday 4th November at 6pm for a welcome drink and guided tasting of The Glendronach Highland single malt whiskies, including the opportunity to explore the influence of sherry cask maturation.

We’re kicking off the anniversary celebrations while also indulging in the World Martini Day 🍸

For the next week we’re serving £10 martinis made with our house gin (that so happens to be distilled at .distillery especially for us, so you won’t get it anywhere else!)

Martini is also one of the drinks that has always been close to our hearts. Whether you like it dry or wet, with an olive or a twist, we got you!

Happy 10th anniversary Merchant House!

It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since we started serving cocktails to the people of the City of London. We’ve had some great times, but also met some obstacles on the way, we’ve known the City pre- and post-pandemic yet we’re still here and there’s no better reason to celebrate!
