From rich curries and sizzling kotthus to vibrant sambols and fiery devilled dishes — every plate is built on authentic Sri Lankan spices: black curry powder, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, fenugreek and fresh curry leaves.

Harvested and sun-dried in Sri Lanka, with no artificial processing — just pure island flavour.
