From the border between Italy and Slovenia, our friends Luca and Davide came to visit us to talk about their new projects and to taste their unbelievable wines😋

🍷The OKÚS Project (meaning ‘Taste’ in Slovenian) refocuses on artisanal viticulture. This involves growing grapes in vineyard that support environmental harmony and focus on soil fertility and health 🌱.

Davide and Luca believe in sustainable artisanal viticulture that intervenes in the vineyard and in the cellar only when necessary ❗️

✨Another week passes, and once again, we have a great evening with good wine and wonderful company!✨

This time, our friend Francesco from hosted the night😃

🍷Tenure Nynfà is a family-owned winery primarily focused on Sicilian grape varieties. Our first tasting of their wines left us impressed, particularly because their main aim is to produce organic wines that respect natural cycles🍇

Welcome back to all our friends and customers😁

Our special friend and our producer (Azienda Agricola Rocca) hosted our first event of the year❤️‍🔥

We tasted ‘s wines together and fell in love with them - you especially adored their Vermentino🙌🏻

As always, our chef paired each glass of wine with traditional Apulian dishes, transporting us to another world! 🍲🍷

✨CANTINA MESSORI✨

🇮🇹Our friend and colleague Elena Messori hosted a fantastic evening featuring her excellent Lambrusco and delicious traditional Emilia-Romagna cuisine.

🫶🏻It was inspiring and fascinating to learn about this young woman who took over the family business at just 25 years old!

Her three dearly loved treasures are:

🍇GASATO - 100% Salamino grapes, dry fizzy Lambrusco obtained from a single vineyard.

🍷SPETTINATO - 100% Grasparossa grapes, dry fizzy Lambrusco refermented in the bottle by the unfiltered ancestral method.

🥂RIBELLE - Charmat method sparkling white from a single vineyard of Pignoletto.

•Last night, we had the honor of hosting and experiencing one of the most beautiful evenings of this fall.

🍷Abele, from the wine project, led an engaging wine tasting of 5 Sicilian wines🍷

👨🏻‍🍳Thanks to our chef we were able to taste the flavors of Sicily, as he delighted us with three magnificent dishes🍝

🫶🏼We all had a wonderful evening, thank you so much!

🥂VINARIUS ON TOUR📍FRIULI-VENEZIA GIULIA EDITION🥂

✨We want to sincerely thank the Bianchini family, who hosted the Vinarius Team at their Locanda✨

Giulia, Enrico, and Giovanni showed us their large and fascinating winery, their property—covering nearly 250 hectares of vineyards—and their new cellar, built in 2014.

This cellar is completely carbon-free and zero emission, powered by geothermal and photovoltaic systems that ensure total energy self-sufficiency.

We spent two days enjoying amazing wine, delicious food, and wonderful people😃. The Bianchini Family is a true treasure for Italy🇮🇹.

🍇Azienda Agricola MALABAILA🍇

✨With her elegance, charm, and passion, our dear friend Lucrezia Malabaila welcomed us to her estate and showed us her cellar and the treasure inside✨

• The Malabaila winery was established around the late 14th century by the ancient Malabaila family. They were among the first families to believe in the potential of wine 🙌🏻

• Malabaila wines are characterized by the right balance of sugar and alcohol content, along with good fixed acidity, which helps enhance their aromas and preserve them over time🍾

✨Thanks to Lucrezia - it was a pleasure spending some quality time with you, thanks for your amazing wines and for the wonderful lunch✨

🍷Giovanni led an exciting and engaging wine tasting, explaining and letting us taste the famous wines his family produces .🍷

✨Our dear friend Roberto and his family opened their home to us, filled with history, memories and traditions!✨

-> Cascina Morassino was founded in 1984 in Barbaresco. Roberto continues his father Mauro’s legacy, leading the company, which is now in its fifth generation.

✨It was a truly delightful lunch✨
