✨Pale Ale 5.2%✨

PING is a real summer smasher of a pale ale! Packed with AUS & NZ hops. We started things off with a clean, bright base of Pilsner & Chit malt. Then, to add some light bitterness, Nectaron hops went for a hot dip in the FV at whirlpool temps before casting out the rest of the brew. Bringing the PONG to the PING, Nectaron went back in the dry-hop, along with Galaxy and Citra hops. We are getting buckets of ripe melon, peach & nectarine pops on this little PINGER✨.

After 20 years of making amazing sculptures, fixing and building for everyone in Deptford, our neighbour Simon Black has had to leave the arches on Resolution Way because the rent increases are just too high. These spaces and skills are so crucial to our community, but it's getting harder and harder for artisans to find affordable spaces. Simon has fixed our tanks, pipes, and doors more times than I can count; he's always there for a chat and even a quick swim. We really wouldn't be here without him and are so sad to see him leave. Go and say hi to him in Tulse Hill 👋 and support your local artisans 👨‍🎨

Just grabbing a taste of this fruity little yuzu pale. For this SKIMMER, we've added Wai-iti in the dry-hop for some big, juicy mandarine, apricot jams, and lime times.

🍋Yuzu & Wai-iti Pale 4.2%🍋

🪨SKIMMER💨 is back for another bounce, this time with some tasty NZ Wai-iti hops to help that yuzu glide through.

This slick little pebble has a smooth malty base to carry those delish Hallertau Blanc hops, hot-side, with some light herbal and w**e notes. We sent some Wai-iti hops in for a dry-hop to add those big, juicy mandarine, apricot jams, and lime times. For our final fling, Yuzu Juice bringing heaps of tangy, bitter zings - yum!😋

✨NEIPA 6.3%✨

TYPO is our latest juicy NEIPA, exploring new hop varieties.

We started this one with a smooth, malty backbone a and soft, oaty mouthfeel. Going in both hot and koldside is one of our fav modern hops, Krush, with a full fruit salad of mango, guava, peach, & berry. Alongside this, in the dry hop, we launched a delish new Aus hop, Luna, with even more mango, dark berry, and spicy citrus notes.
