When His Majesty King Charles visited our family restaurant, Brilliant, on Western Road in Southall. A moment we’ll never forget and one that became part of our 50-year history.

The Evening Standard later wrote: “King Charles’ favourite Indian restaurant lives up to its name: Brilliant.” 👑

So proud of where we came from, and even prouder that the Brilliant legacy continues today.
