Hi Everyone, just to let you all know that we are still trading as normal. We had loads of people unable to contact us via the Telephone and Internet last week (Fathers Day).
Unfortunately BT instead of adding Cloud-phone facility transferred our line and Broadband to a redundant BT Socket where nothing was plugged in and did not inform us. On top of that they made the lines and Broadband residential, so even if we were told, our equipment wouldn't have worked.
We would appreciate if you could let us know via our e-mail ([email protected]) if you were having difficulty in placing your orders.
Apologies to everyone who experienced any problems and had to come in personally to collect their orders.
Although BT still have a few things to rectify we can make and receive calls, back to normal as can be.
