Did you know that our dog-friendly pub used to be a blacksmith’s workshop? We may not have the same tools these days at Hawkins Forge in Battersea, but we still know a thing or two about crafting recipes…

We keep our origins close to our heart, from the traditional brickwork and blacksmith memorabilia proudly placed on our walls to the warm lighting and wood-panelled floors, but now we put our talents to creating tempting pub dishes and perfectly poured drinks. Our cosy ambience and vibrant evening atmosphere matches everything from events calling for a large group booking or private venue hire to catching the latest live sports shown on BT Sport and Sky Sports as you kick back with after-work drinks (after making the most of our quiet area with plug sockets for that work meeting of course). We even have electrifying live music on Friday and a talented DJ on Saturday, if you can tear yourself from the nearby Wandsworth Common, Falcon Park and Battersea Arts Centre. Even the busiest of blacksmiths knew when to let their hair (and tools) down.

This Friday we are very excited to welcome the fantastic Sarah Bird to Hawkins Forge! She will be hosting our first Live Music Karaoke set of the season.

Music is from 8pm onwards, to be guaranteed a spot, make sure you get down early! We are expecting a good crowd for this one!

We’ve barely recovered from the World Cup, but England are back and so are our plans to spend 90 minutes cheering at the screen with a pint in hand.

Showing England v Spain, the UEFA Nations League, on Saturday 26th September at 7:45pm.

Round up the squad and get ready for all the pints, a unified love for the game, and completely unbiased refereeing opinions you’d expect from watching England down the pub. Football, best watched at your local.
