A new addition to the menu at The Wine Library ✨
For our Smoked Salmon platter, we chose only tail slices which are extra lean and intensely aromatic, sourced from Smokin’ Brothers.

Served with capers, lemon, rye bread, pickles, and a delicate and creamy horseradish sauce.
Pairs perfectly with a glass of white or rosé 🍷

Smart new look and cuvée, mostly Pinot Noir and Meunier from the 2001 vintage with 30% of wines from a perpetual reserve started in 2009. Went down a storm at last night’s wine tasting.
