LyricL is a professional Crowd Entertainer Host, Compare, Lyricist, Singer-Songwriter, FeMCee, ‘Spokenword’ BEFFTA Award Winner 2014, Performance Poet, Author and Artist-Tutor LyricL, is a jubilant, exultant performer, whose animated fresh style exudes joy, in a euphoric and beautiful way!

Born in London to Nigerian parents, LyricL’s early and enduring musical influences came from home. A drummer/DJ Daddy, who “loved African Jazz, Gospel and High Life, entertained with chest-tap percussion, beatbox and skillfully played his hands as wind instruments, as Mommy dances and sings in her own key of happiness to this very day.

She has performed in the North Sea Jazz Rotterdam, StreetFest London, Wilderness Festival & Southport Weekender (UK), Sabolai Music Festival Ghana and the Toronto Jazz Festival, these brands have embraced her creative works. She has an eclectic catalogue that spans Hip-Hop, House, Jazz through to Afro & Broken Beat with a soulful edge, stirring grooves enhanced by her lyricism & Spokenword. To date, she has been a support act to Patrice Rushen, The Roots, Omar, Incognito, Big Daddy Kane, Black Thought, DJ Jazzy Jeff & Jill Scott to name a few.

In addition, LyricL is an often sought after keen creative ally. Lighting up mics & stages with her performances, LyricL has been fortunate to both tour & record with a range of talented musicians & producers; MJ Cole (UK) Nathan Haines (NZ) KiloBeats & David Oscar (Accra, Ghana), Roots Soul/Kyoto Jazz Massive (Japan), ReeKee (Italy), Soul Parlour (Munich), KidFonq (SA) & Guerrilla Science (Toronto).

A massive welcome to Federico, who is an Italian DJ, Music producer, songwriter in London.

From a young age he embarked on a high-level musical path. In the early years of age to go to concerts of live classical music and various live performances of jazz bands. Soon he started collecting records and buying CDs and he immediately discovered a great passion for rock, hardrock and blues.

Fascinated more and more by art in general and visiting and stopping in the places where it is represented in the best way, he began to embrace the spirit of SOUL, FUNK and JAZZ that brings him back to the masterpieces of Black music and “swing” music in all its aspects. How not to mention his passion for James Brown, Barry White, Marvin Gaye, Isaac Hayes, Aretha Franklin, Donna Summer, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Roberta Flack, Tina Turner and many others. The music SOULFURIC, GARAGE, UNDERGROUND, HOUSE and DEEP HOUSE between one vinyl and the other, led him to be a requested DJ.

Attracted to great house music artists like Larry Levan, Marshall Jefferson, Frankie Knuckles, Ron Hardy, Tony Humpries, Kerry Chandler, Danny Tenaglia, Carl Cox, Louie Vega, Kenny Dope Gonzales, MAW, Todd Terry, Eddie Richards, Terrence Parker, Satoshi Tomiie, David Morales, Claudio Coccoluto, DJ Ralf, Luca Bacchetti, Alex Neri, Sven Vath, Matador, Chus & Ceballos, Joeski, Mathias Kaden, Matthias Tanzmann, Steve Bug, Nick Curly, Gorge and many others. A big warm welcome to the DOD roster, Dj Eli.

Originally from the Mediterranean Coast of Spain, Eli developed his infectious blend of dj sets & live percussion at house parties around London since moving from Barcelona in 2010.

After performing at the Commonwealth Games Festival in 2018 (Gold Coast, Australia) he then started touring with Live Electronic/Afro-beat/Disco/Deep House artist Mim Suleiman, including a performance at Göteborg Film Festival Opening Weekend in 2019 (Gothenburg, Sweden), with a hybrid live set including DJ & Live percussion.

Eli has been performing at a variety of events and venues for the last 5 years.

Including a wide range of influences and styles (including Soul, Afro-beat, Disco, Deep House, Tribal, Latin & IDM among others), Eli curates and tailors his performances to generate a unique experience for each events.
