There is just three days left of our Asparagus menu to enjoy them at their best. The British asparagus season is tantalisingly short, with the freshest and sweetest spears harvested in May, so there is no better time than now to enjoy them with pairings that elevate their flavour even more.

Choose from poached asparagus with grated parmesan and brown butter, Seared beef carpaccio served with asparagus salad and shaved pecorino, Hand-cut tagliolini, asparagus & spring black truffle or Asparagus & wild garlic risotto.

Celebrating seasonal ingredients is important to us at TOZI and our head chef Maurillio has taken on Asparagus season with a new limited time menu. ​

Available from 12th-23rd May for a limited time choose from our specially curated menu featuring Poached asparagus with grated parmesan and brown butter, elevating the simplicity of asparagus with perfectly poached spears, adorned with a rich brown butter sauce and grated parmesan.​

Seared beef carpaccio served with asparagus salad and shaved pecorino, a beautiful balance of texture and taste, pairing delicate beef carpaccio with the fresh flavours of a crisp asparagus salad, complemented with shaved pecorino.​

Hand-cut tagliolini, asparagus & spring black truffle, the delightful flavours of asparagus and the earthy aroma of black truffle are combined to create a mouthwatering flavour.​

Or, Asparagus & wild garlic risotto, designed to be shared, this decadent and rich risotto brings together wild garlic and asparagus to create a dish that is both comforting and elevated.
