At the Kennington, we try to offer a wide range of experiences and events for all our customers. He has an unpretentious approach to producing delicious, traditionally British dishes, often with a twist, from freshly sourced produce. Alongside this, we offer a choice plates to share/start if you don't fancy a full meal. We offer market fresh daily specials, Saturday Brunch, Steak & Wine night on S

aturdays & Sunday Roasts followed by our popular Quiz!. By the way - we have the best Ice cream in town too! We have also have The Kennington Book Exchange, where our customers can take or borrow a book and in return leave one in its place. We've had a very positive response to the book exchange and it's a great way to recycle books. If we end up with too many, we'll be sending any excess to the local charity book shop. If you've got a birthday or special occasion coming up, it's easy & FREE to reserve a space for up to SIX people for a get together with your friends! In essence we are trying to offer a comfortable and relaxing environment for our local community and businesses, offering quality food & drink and good old fashioned hospitality, served with a smile! We are family friendly - we love to see the kids turn up with Mum & Dad & we have a few colouring books to keep them occupied too - they're all very welcome! We ask that the kids try to leave around 7pm, cos we feel that The Kennington turns into a more adult space after that & us adults can't always be trusted to be on our best behaviour!. Indeed, the whole family are welcome - well behaved dogs too! We look forward to welcoming you to The Kennington soon. Have you booked your spot yet for ENGLAND v CROATIA on Weds at 9pm? You better hurry or risk missing out. Did you see the first opening ceremony for the FIFA World Cup? There's a second in Canada tonight when the party will proceed to Toronto on June 12 at BMO Field, where Canada host Bosnia and Herzegovina.
