Some dishes come and go. This one’s stayed in the spotlight since day one.
Our cauliflower’s had a few glow-ups over the years, but it’s still the dish people talk about, come back for, and drag their mates across London to eat.
Current incarnation: Flame-grilled cauliflower with harissa butter, tahini, pine nuts and rose. 🔥
