Meet Dre - the creative mastermind behind the ._ studio, which has shaped the design vision for LINO.

We love working with Dre because he champions the honesty and integrity of brands and spaces, keeping everyone grounded as he crafts inspiring designs.

He’s explored LINO’s concept of re-using, re-loving and re-imaging by, in his words, pulling together a “curated collection of pieces, each bearing the scars of a previous life. In a world of fleeting trends, LINO takes solace in embracing the past”.

So we’ll be full of charming reclaimed pieces in a comfortable, down-to-earth atmosphere. It’s not long now before we’ll be able to share some pics of the inside - can’t wait for you to see it!

Notice anything missing? 🤔

We’ve decided to go for an ungarnished approach to our cocktail list. We believe we can achieve amazing flavours in a more sustainable way by substituting the garnish for sprays.

It’s pushed our creativity and helped us to craft a menu full of super-stylish, minimalist cocktails we can’t wait for you all to try.

We’ll have lots more about what’s driving our approach to drinks as we get closer to the January opening.

Some amazing pictures of our new home on Lonsdale Road! 😍

This is a street so bursting with energy, diversity, and a sense of community that it feels more like a village. Stroll down and you’ll see everything from yoga studios, to a micro-brewery, to co-working spaces.

We feel very proud and lucky to have a place in such a vibrant, passionate area. We’re a bar that cares, and it’s SO good to be surrounded by neighbours who share that vision.

We can’t wait for you to experience it all in January!

Here’s a little before / after shot of how work’s progressing on our new home on Lonsdale Road. Isn’t she lovely? We’re halfway there!

Our landlord’s commitment to sustainability was one of many attractions that drew us to Lonsdale Road. Like us, is passionate about repurposing and reimagining buildings - enhancing their soul and recycling existing materials.

And this beautiful road - full of creative small businesses, and essential services for the community - is striving to be net zero by 2030.

We can’t wait to tell you more about the area in the weeks leading up to opening, and for you all to experience it in December. 🤗

Busy busy times choosing the palette for our new Lino on Lonsdale Road. We love what we do, and know how lucky we are to do it.

It’s a joy to work to colours and textures, with local craftsman and our awesome designer ._. We can’t wait to share it all with you!
