A sour for the discerning drinker, this saison is fermented with mixed cultures and aged in Oak Foeder for 9 months before being dry hopped with some sumptuous Sabro. It has complex aromas and varied tasting notes on the tongue depending on the batch, so you never know what you might get! Wrap your lips round a glass and prepare for a trip.
