This Zero Waste Week, we’re taking you behind the scenes at TwoRuba, where sustainability is part of the everyday.
From rosemary, basil, mint and parsley grown in our 9th floor garden to dehydrated fruit, bitters, syrups and cordials made in our cocktail lab, we’re always finding ways to make more of our ingredients and waste less along the way.
Even the smaller details count, with recyclable straws and napkins and team uniforms made from recycled plastic. 🌱✨
