A blend of Bacchus, Reichensteiner, & Pinot Noir giving it a Crisp, dry, & fresh taste, with a distinctive English character. 

Aromatic with elderflower, nettle, & green apple notes, balanced with citrus & tropical fruit hints. 

Perfect on it's own in our garden, with fish or something spicy!

The first variation of this dish went on for Burns' night. However, with its popularity, we've adapted, added & kept it. Making it a great winter warmer for this time of year.
