The Blind Beggar Pub For over 127 years, the Blind Beggar has been an integral part of Whitechapel's rich and vibrant community, serving top quality wines, spirits and beers.

We have come a long way from our association with the 1960’s East London crime scene. Today, we are a trendy, relaxing and secure venue. From young professionals to students, lovers to families, Londoners and tourists, our friends are wide and varied. So come and join us for a glass or two of your favourite tipple, relax in our award winning beer garden or get cosy in front of our real fireplace.

As I nuzzle up to all your hearts for one last time, I just want you all to know my tail was held high when I fell asleep this morning.
Please don’t ever worry you’ve lost me, as I would never stray, and because of you all. I’ve lived, I’ve been loved, and I’ve purred, with lots of purring!
