We took East London Liquor Company Vodka, lychee purée, lemon, prosecco and soda, and made something that tastes like summer actually showed up.

It's a spritz. It's a rickey. It's a lychee martini's more exciting cousin. It's £12.50 and it hits different.

As March starts coming to an end and the sun returns, we couldn’t wrap up our IWD series without mentioning the wonderful Lisa; founder or and in the words of her team “amazing person”.

From a camping stove and blackboard in Broadway market schoolyard selling their first fifty buns, to joining KERB and driving their bright yellow bun bus across the country, to a gorgeous new home at Seven Dials Market, swipe to see some snippets of her amazing journey.

Lisa has been cooking up a storm for over 10 years and has served every single bun with love and passion for brilliant street food ❤️

March gives us an opportunity to celebrate the women of Seven Dials Market, and boy do we have a lot of them! Over half of the businesses in the market are women-led, and they’re a formidable bunch building bold businesses and brilliant teams.
 
We’re starting with the wonderful Alice, founder of , and “really good boss” (in the words of her team). 
 
From joining our inKERBator in 2024 and slinging pasta from her truck at Cowcross Yards, to opening up shop with us at Seven Dials Market, this carousel is a little love letter to Alice. Swipe for the throwbacks, the behind-the-scenes moments, and the moments that made Mezzo.
