Nightjar has been awarded Two Pins by The Pinnacle Guide - a rating reserved for bars judged outstanding.

We don’t take it lightly, because of what it takes to earn it. The Pinnacle Guide doesn’t reward a single good cocktail. Anonymous inspectors weigh the whole of a bar - the welcome, the drinks programme, the room, how a team is hired and cared for, what happens behind the scenes, and how a bar gives back - with sustainability running through all of it. Excellence, then, isn’t one night done beautifully. It’s every night, on both sides of the bar, giving everything every minute. 

Nearly 16 years under the same unmarked door, and that standard has only ever come from the people who hold it. Thank you to the team who earned this - under the new guidance of 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐢 our Bar Director, Vincenzo Brescia , 𝗚𝗶𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿! , C H A N T A L 🌝 🌚 , Cintia Hunyadi - Hospitality Fitness , Tommy Clyne , , .gilmozzi , Petru Ivan & mimi.
