In homage to one of the world's most infamous cocktails, and in celebration of National Margarita Day on the 22nd February, we've partnered with renowned tequila brand, Corazon Blanco, to host a specials menu of 3 signature O***m Margaritas all week long!

Our Cosmo Margarita continues to offer a fruity base on the classic, pairing the complex Bristol Raspberry syrup for fresh acidity, with zesty notes found through the combined Fortunella Liqueur and added lime juice.

Our Fortunella Margarita offers a citrusy twist on the classic, with orangey tones found through the use of the Kumquat fruit and zesty citrus oils from the Fortunella Liqueur and added lime juice. The underlying creamy textures of both the Corazon Blanco tequila and Fortunella Liqueur blend perfectly in this concoction.

Lunar New Year 🏮🧧
Find our 1920’s Shanghai themed speakeasy at the heart of London’s Lunar New Year celebrations in Chinatown, serving up a limited edition cocktail menu of three serves in partnership with renowned spirit brand from the 5th - 18th February for the occasion.

Zesty orange tones from the Kumquat fruit can be found from the complimenting the fruity profile from the Ming River Baijiu. Citrus flavours are key in this cocktail, continuing the notes through the addition of the Bristol passionfruit syrup and Supasawa, topped with Pink Grapefruit Soda and charred Grapefruit slice.
