Here are some pics from the London & south east craft brewing competition at Truman's brewery on Saturday. It was a lovely day with much beer, food and general good times being had by all. ...oh yeah and we were pretty pleased to have our barley wine take 1st place in the strong ales category!

Just finished bottling our smoked porter made with Lapsang Souchong. Next week we'll be making our biggest beer yet, a barley wine weighing in at 12.5%ABV

I'm making a single hop pale ale tomorrow with these experimental British hops. They are described as having a "citrus/blackcurrent flavour.
