We offer a great selection of Old World wines, carry a fine array of European beers and proudly serve London brewed ales, incldung Sambrooks, Redemption and Meantime. Our kitchen is open seven days a week, serving up delicious freshly prepared meals. The emphasis lies with contemporary British classics made with locally sourced, seasonally informed produce. The Railway plays host to a number of popular neighbourhood events, including a monthly Farmers Market and sewing classes for kids with Flaming Nora.

A LITTLE PIECE OF BREWING HISTORY, ON OUR BAR ✋

Some b**rs have a story worth telling. Allsopp’s IPA is one of them. Back in 1822, Samuel Allsopp famously used a teapot to help develop a b**r that could survive the long journey to India. Fast forward 200-odd years, and the Famous Original is back, inspired by a recipe found in the brewery’s historic handwritten ledger. Not a bad bit of history to have in your glass.

And here’s the good bit: we’re one of a select few pubs chosen to pour it as part of the launch, and we’ve got a fresh cask ready and waiting for you! 🌟

Dark copper pour, a proper hit of herbal, spicy hops, rounded bitterness and a lovely sweet malt backbone. The kind of pint that deserves your full attention this weekend.
