It is with a heavy heart that we announce that The Post Bar, in its current capacity, will be closing on 12th April.
This space has been so much more than just a venue — it’s been a home for music, art, good food, friendship, and community. We are endlessly grateful to every person who filled the bar in one way or another — whether performing, creating, working, or simply coming through the door. A special thank you to our Tottenham locals, who truly made this place what it is.
The lights may go out next week, but the spirit of this space will stay with us forever.
We’re hopeful this isn’t the end — there are people interested in taking on the space, and we’re keeping everything crossed that they succeed so the doors can reopen again soon.
We’re incredibly proud of everything The Post Bar became — from a live music venue and Argentine grill, through Covid, to raising our daughter here, and growing into the community-driven space it is today.
A huge thank you to our amazing staff, past and present.
Thank you to everyone who supported us — especially those who volunteered recently, and to Oli and for the incredible community energy over the last year, and to Music Venue Trust for their support.
There are conversations happening about what comes next, so we hope this isn’t goodbye — just the start of a new chapter.
