Fox & Hounds Belgravia A proper Belgravia local since 1863 🍺 Cask ales, Guinness, pub quizzes and a warm welcome for dogs.

The Fox and Hounds is a cosy and inviting 19th century pub tucked away behind Sloane Square and the Kings Road. Built in 1860 as a working mans pub for the staff of the Grosvenor estate, the pub originally operated as ales only. It was in-fact the last London Pub to operate as such until in 1996, a spirit license was at long last acquired. You'll find plenty of fox themed memorabilia on the walls and three big hounds even live upstairs! The pub is also close to Chelsea Royal Hospital, so expect to see the traditional Chelsea pensioner propping up the bar and doing a crossword during the day! The Fox has the widest possible clientele and it is not at all odd to see the odd celebrity having a well deserved pint after a show at the Royal Court Theatre. Customers can enjoy fine cask ales, distinctive international lagers and a good selection of wines. The pub is dog friendly so feel free to bring your four legged family members along too!

A little look back at the Westminster Morris Dancers’ annual visit to the Fox & Hounds 🍻

Always a great atmosphere when they stop by — and this year our very own Emma even got roped into joining the dancing with a few willing volunteers from the pub.

Some took to it more naturally than others…

Meet Misha, our four-legged member of the Fox & Hounds team. 🐾

Her contribution to pulling pints remains limited, but she’s considerably better at welcoming customers, she absolutely loves meeting people, so make sure you say hello if you spot her around the pub!

She’s also very happy to accept the occasional treat… although judging by the number she gets from our regulars, we may need to put her on a snack limit. 😂🍺
