We at IMAGE would like to thank the 780+ people who attended on Easter Saturday for another great party. We would like to apologise for the amount of time it took to get those who choose to wait our ravers into the club. This delay was totally out of our control however emphasis with those who had to wait so long. As part of the club's licence agreement it is their policy to photograph and scan I.D into the ID Scan machine.
Unfortunately and much to our frustration we as promoters have NO control over this. The delay on this night was caused by the fact the machine broke down around 12:15am. The club management choose to adhere to their policy and made the decision to stop letting people in until they had fixed the machine. This was the main reason for the exceptional long waiting and queuing circumstances you experienced. We have fed back comments received to the club accordingly.
