Taipei - WLAC 2023
Has been another amazing experience representing UK at the world stage.
Unfortunately I didn’t make it, but that’s the reality of competitions: sometimes you win, sometimes you don’t.
And when your opponents are that good and the level is so high, no mistake is allowed.
I’m glad anyway I’ve got a second chance after last edition in Milan, I’ve gain some experience more which will help me in the future.
Regardless the results, I’m really happy.. happy because I’m surrounded by a lot of love and support.
Now it’s my time to say thank you to who made this possible.
First, thank you to those 2 amazing humans who are my two fantastic Friends (and coaches) and
They followed me in two exciting World Championships across the globe.. with guidance, support and help even during the toughest moment. Thank you guys, you are legend 💚
Thank you to my coffee family,
You believed in me from day-1, back in 2019. You gave me everything I need to chase my milky dreams.
If I’ve got where I’ve got and achieved these results, it’s thanks to you guys and thanks to the incredible support you gifted me. These 4 years have been an hell of a ride.
I might be leaving, but you will never leave my heart (and my art).
I love you all 🖤 Thank you 🙏
Thank you to which made all of this possible taking care of arranging the national stage and helping all of us to deal with the expensive side of the competitions. 💚🙏
Thanks to my fellow UK champions and their crew for sharing with me these intense emotions - hopefully they will have better luck than me 💚 they deserve the best 🙏
And thanks to friends, family and all sort of people who, in a way or another, helped me during the last year:
Simona for my mental coach journey who made me stronger then I have ever been
Andrea for teaching me how to kite surf
Siu and Tung to be my tourist guide here in Taipei
Ben and Ed to get me drunk when I need it.
I might have forgotten someone, apologies and thank you 💚
Big love
Ale
