During our July closure we gave the place a top to toe refresh. Fresh paint, the floors brought back to a shine, and the original reclaimed fretwork arch reinstalled where it belongs.

Plenty of people have already been in to see it. Isn’t it time you did too?

Feast Fables Folklore is happening just around the corner at Bistro Aix on December 2nd. Our Loch Duart Scottish Salmon is unveiled this Sunday at Bistro Aix!

Seared until golden and finished with a silky lemon chive beurre blanc, is served alongside roasted seasonal vegetables. A French–English fusion creation, crafted in anticipation of our September menu.
