LGBT+ History Month: Newham Q***r Fest Closing Party🏳️‍🌈✨🪩

We are so excited to showcase old faces and new THIS Saturday at Stratford Town Hall!

Introducing our old friend your host for the evening Cabaret performances!

Violetta J'Adore, the captivating drag persona of Vasilis Theodoros Kyriakou, impressed the judges of Prestige Awards with her “personal touch and community feel” and has been awarded the prestigious title of LGBTQ Entertainer of the Year 2024/25 for London and the South East England.

The LGBTQ Entertainer of the Year award serves as a humbling affirmation of Violetta J'Adore's artistry, passion, work ethic, and creativity. It is a testament to her tireless dedication and the impact of her contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond. As she eagerly anticipates the new opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, Violetta J'Adore is poised to continue breaking boundaries and captivating audiences worldwide.

We have extended our opening hours! This is a new expansion for us, and from tomorrow we will be open for coffee, pastries and treats and a place for you to co-work!

This has been an aim for a while and we are so happy to be expanding within our first year of opening!

Over a year ago, we opened our venue which is home to our creative space and pizza-bar. The past year has taught us so much and challenged us to expand our ambitions beyond what we thought was possible.

Moving into the second year of operating as a venue, we are incredibly thrilled to announce that we are programming our first season!

We want to hear from artists of all backgrounds about the projects and ideas they would like to develop.

We want to hear from artists who would like to realize their project with us between the beginning of Feb and the end of May 2024.

Friday: we’re THRILLED that will be returning for another run of fun-filled drama workshops! They’re hosting a Halloween social on Friday and it’s going to be SPOOKTACULAR evening!

SATURDAY: return with a Halloween day party for all you pretty little witches, drop in for a cocktail-fuelled time with the girls!

Hello!

We’re so happy to be getting so many proposals in to work with us or host an idea at social convention, it’s a joy to see our space be used in all sorts of different ways!

One thing to note for anyone wanting to propose something to us in the future- we unfortunately cannot facilitate a club night or an even that has loud music past 22:30!
We have hosted many fun day parties and the team loves dance music, but sadly we cannot host club experiences at this time

Keep the ideas coming though, we are always listening!

have another great session for you to explore your inner creative theatre kid! This is their penultimate session and is SOLD OUT! Grab your tickets for the final session next week before they go!

28th: launch another wonderful exhibition showcasing the work of three recent graduates of City and Guilds College of Art. Featuring a collection of their latest works, the viewers will witness the evolution of their creative expressions over time! This exhibition is FREE and open throughout October.

29th A UEL music Department welcome event and jam session!
