Mezcal is at the heart of Little Fires, and one of our favourites is ASUNCIÓN Mezcal. Made in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, it’s crafted from 100% Espadín using traditional methods, roasted with fire, tahona-milled, naturally fermented and double-distilled in copper.
