Who’s in for a glass of Jurançon?
The Pyrenees foothills are the setting where Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng thrive and create luscious and fresh sweet wines.
📌Located in the South West of France, Jurancon is an appellation for two top wines: Jurancon (sweet) and Jurançon sec (dry), as well as a late-harvest wine.
Pastures, agriculture and woodland are mixed in this region which lies in clayey topsoils with a high stone content.

🤓What to expect in Jurançon?
💯Golden-hued sweet wines are aromatically expressive and have a fresh and balanced mouthfeel.

A perfect combination to start thinking about your Christmas dessert table!

🍷This Saint Joseph Syrah from is a remarkable example of the Northern Rhone wines.
🌄It is created with a blend of wines from vines on granite hillsides facing East and South-East and refined with 15 months in oak barrels.
💜A beautiful dark purple colour is accompanied by silky tannins, freshness and brambly dark fruit.

😍The produce recommends to have it with candied lamb. What would be your take?

Let`s meet Dewalt Heyns!👋
This passionate farmer and winemaker create unique and award-winning wines in the Paardeberg Valley in Swartland.

His love for wine started working side by side with his father on the family farm.

This 1.1-hectare vineyard is the origin of a exclusive batch of wines full of character: Weathered Hands.

📍In Swartland, drought-resistant varieties are grown and planted in bush vines. It`s home to the oldest Chenin Blancs in the country and specially awarded Pinotage and Shiraz.

Dewalt Heyns is up to creating wines that express this terroir with elegance and authenticity. 👏

Orange wine vibes all around!

MiNimus from Chatzivaritis state in Greece is a low intervention wine that showcases the characteristics of the 📍Slopes of Paiko (P.G.I)

Chloi Hatzivaritis 👩🏻, daughter of the founders, took over the winery in 2017. She is committed to producing wines sustainably and authentically.

🍊This is made with 100% Malagousia, cultivated organically in light-textured soils.

Its fermented in clay amphora without any additives and is non-fined or filtered.

👄 It has a beautiful orange colour witg complex bouquet of orange zest, dried flowers, cedar and bergamot.A well-structured palate with good acidity and a lasting finish make this wine a .

Did you know? Port producers are traditionally located in Vila Nova de Gaia, instead of Porto.

There are 3 different reasons for this:

1️⃣Climate
The wind and lower solar exposure ensure cooler conditions for the wine to age properly.
2️⃣Shipping logistics
The South Bank geography eases the boat’s parking, loading and departure.
3️⃣Economy
Back then, taxes used to be paid directly to the bishop and the bishop was in Porto.
