Tonkotsu Bar and Ramen Tonkotsu East is under the railway arches next to Haggerston station in Hackney and is home to our Noodle Room.

We have a big heated covered terrace, perfect for big groups or alfresco dining. Tonkotsu East is located under the railway arches in Haggerston, Hackney. We're just a minute from Haggerston Overground station and there are lots of bus routes nearby. We're close to the Regent's Canal, as well as Broadway Market which has lots of shops & cafes, and the Hackney City Farm. Since the early days we've put our heart and soul into every bowl - making our noodles, broths, katsu curries, gyoza and sides from scratch. You can watch our noodles being made if you grab a table here.

We’re very proud of this award, everyone at Tonkotsu contributes to the family culture. Hospitality is packed full of amazingly talented people; we are lucky to have so many of them in our restaurants, and the brilliant support team around them who understands have can’t look after our guests until we’ve looked after each other.
