Better known for its red and white wines, the Southern Rhône Valley has all the conditions to produce high quality rosé wines. Sun, mistral, clay and limestone soils: all ingredients gathered by Xavier Vignon to produce this organic wine.

This rosé is made from a blend co-fermented on lees in vats, cold skin maceration, with bottling done early to preserve the fruit aromas and their freshness.

A delicate, light and oh so easy to drink rosé! Perfect for a hot summers day!
