Throughout August, we’re celebrating 110 years of Bentley’s with weekly specials drawn from our archives - revisiting timeless favourites that reflect more than a century of serving the finest seafood, simply cooked 🦀

First up: Cornish Crab Thermidor with fennel, grapefruit and tarragon, followed by Sole Normande with mussels, scallop, chestnut mushrooms and cider cream.

Yesterday, we held our internal Oyster Shucking Championship to decide who will represent Bentley’s at this year’s . 🦪

After a closely contested battle between Greby, Max and Cathal, it was Greby who came out on top and secured his place in the championship. Best of luck - we’ll be cheering you this September 🤍🦪
