The Loft Project

The Loft Project From June ’09 to October ’11 Michelin Star chef Nuno Mendes ran The Loft Project in his East London apartment.

From June ’09 to October ’11 chef Nuno Mendes ran The Loft Project in his East London apartment. In a series of wonderful experiential events some of the world’s greatest and up-and-coming chefs cooked openly in front of guests; this removed boundaries and encouraged engagement within a theatrical cuisine experience that challenged many of the norms of traditional fine dining. The response to our

project was inspiring; chefs and people all over the world picked up on our events and activities, so much so that we are continually being asked…when will The Loft Project return? So, two years on, our story is set to continue and we are planning the relaunch of The Loft Project in mid-2014. With Nuno leading the initiative, the new Loft Project will be a vibrant experiential food and drink destination for London. As part of our business planning we are searching for a property of 3,800-4,300ft2 with additional outside space of between 1,200-1,500ft2 in the East End, Kings Cross or London Bridge.
