** CHANGE IS ON ITS WAY **
So a year ago when we reopened from our COVID enforced slumber we turned what was our old cocktail bar into Corrochio's, a mexican restaurant and late night bar and we couldn’t have imagined it going any better. Fast forward a year and we’ve decided it’s ripe for expansion.
So from Friday 30th September we will are morphing Ruby’s as you know it (the club side) into a Corrochios Cantina - a more casual offering with regional Mexican bites, a larger cocktail list, late night DJs and finally a much requested IRL cloakroom.
And what’s better is we’re going to carry on running the weekend parties so the same DJs we’ve had over the last 7 years will carry on from 9 every Friday and Saturday bringing the party but now on top of that there’ll be a whole new Mexican twist to the food, drink and decor.
Over the next week or so this account will morph into a Corrochio Cantina account giving tasters of whats to come. If you’re looking to throw a party for between 10 and 60 you (still) have to look no further 💁🏻♂️
