Pink Beefeater is the staple ingredient of Pink Daiquiri, a delicious cocktail to be enjoyed in the upcoming summer months.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth like me, then you’ll love the sweetness of a Pink Daiquiri. Simply prepare two shots of Beefeater Pink, a shot of fresh lime juice, a touch of sugar syrup, and 5 fresh strawberries and some ice and chuck ’em all in a blender until it’s nice and smooth. For some added fruity goodness, garnish it with some dehydrated raspberries or some strawberry halves and you’re ready. Give it a go and let us know what you think - feel free to DM us with any suggestions too!

The delicious drink next to the chromed out Pineapple is called London Fields Ice Tea. Here’s how you can make it:

You will need Darjeeling Tea (Twinings make a good one), Fresh Ginger, Lemon Concentrate, Passionfruit, East London Liqueur Company Gin, and of course, Ice.

Start by brewing the tea and throw in some of the fresh ginger and a shot of lemon concentrate. Let it sit for about 10 minutes then leave it to chill in the fridge. Then, grab your glass, fill it with some ice, and pour in two shots of East London Liqueur Company Gin. Once your brew is sufficiently chilled, pour it in and serve with Passionfruit.

This here is another twist on a classic cocktail that screams summertime - The Gin Mojito.

It is made with Limes, Mint, Sugar, and Portobello Road Gin instead of Classic Gold Rum which usually tends to feature in Mojitos.

It’s simple - start by loading up an empty glass with some fresh mint leaves (give them a bit of a pinch to release their oils). Then, pour in 2 shots of your Portobello Road Gin, and 1 shot of Sugar Syrup. You’ll also want to squeeze about a shot’s worth of Lime juice into the mix too, then finish it off by packing the glass with ice. You can even add a bit of sparkling San Pellegrino in for good measure.

At this point you want to finish off the cocktail by using a long bar spoon to stir the ingredients about to diffuse all of the flavours throughout the body of the drink.

Serve!

I think by now you know how we feel about Pineapples ❤️🍍.

Here’s a classic recipe for a Pineapple Daiquiri you can make to guide you through the summer months - it’s pretty straightforward too and doesn’t take too long to make with household ingredients.

You will need: Some Pineapple Juice, Pineapple Chunks, Limes, Sugar Syrup and Havana Club Rum.

Fill up a shaker with some ice cubes and pour in 2 shots of Havana Club Rum followed by some freshly squeezed lime juice and some sugar syrup (a shot of each for good measure). Then, top it off with some pineapple juice and shake.

After shaking, simply strain it into a glass of your choice and garnish it with a chunk of pineapple - voila!

Throw suggestions our way for drink tutorials and we will make it happen! DM or comment below to make your suggestions.

Here’s a classic cocktail you can make at home - the Earl Grey Martini.

You will need: Earl Grey Tea, Sugar Syrup, Star Anise, Plymouth Gin, Yuzu and Cointreau.

Start by making the Earl Grey syrup by heating a small amount of water (4-5 tablespoons) in a small pan, add in the leaves and sugar syrup and stir until it looks consistent. Then, take it off the heat and leave it to infuse for about 10 minutes, then strain and chill it. At this stage it’s a good time to start squeezing the Yuzu - you’ll want about 30ml of Yuzu juice for this one.

Then, grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Pour in a shot of Plymouth Gin and a shot of Cointreau, followed by the Yuzu juice and the Earl Grey mixture you made earlier. Shake.

Strain it into some glasses of your choice and top it off with the Star Anise garnish - good to go!
